| Buyer Services Businesses Listed for Sale Are you looking to buy an existing business? A Buyer can conduct a preliminary search for a business by using the following link: If you wish to obtain additional information on one of the Florida businesses for sale, please complete a non-disclosure agreement and a buyer profile form. The forms can be accessed by using the links below. Completed, signed forms should be faxed back to Corporate Consultants at 727-474-9806. Later in the acquisition process, Corporate Consultants will provide the buyer with guidance related to making a written offer, negotiating terms of the sale, conducting due diligence, obtaining financing, and closing. Offers for smaller businesses are usually written on a standard Business Brokers of Florida purchase contract form. All sales commissions are paid by the sellers, although a buyer may incur costs for closing and obtaining third-party financing. Businesses Not Listed for Sale Many business owners who have not listed their businesses for sale would be willing to sell their businesses under appropriate circumstances. If the buyer has specific business acquisition criteria, Corporate Consultants will undertake assignments that include identifying potential business acquisitions that are not actively marketed for sale. Such an assignment may be either on a standard fee basis or a sales commission basis, with the commission paid either by the seller or the buyer. |
